in a rigid package designed for rough handling and ship it to Dunham &
Morrow, Inc. along with:
1. A copy of your return address, daytime phone and
contact information.
2. A description of the problem.
Warranty repairs will be completed at no charge. For all other repairs you
will be contacted with a cost estimate before any repair work is
initiated.
